I have an observation Id like your view on. Some ladies advertise a first rate for 1.5 hours for like $600 but further down have a $400/hr rate. Is this an effort to seem more exclusive, so that getting an appt for $400 is a bargain? It is really the same time/rate and I imagine its always nicer to get longer appointments. What do you think?
